This policy outlines your rights and the full return process.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item has not been opened, used, or damaged.
The original packaging is intact and in new condition.
Sealed items must be returned unopened.
Items that arrive defective or incorrect will be handled at no cost, subject to inspection.
Refunds are processed according to the law:
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
A deduction of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) + payment processing fees applies if the order was paid by credit card.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
If the product is not suitable:
You may exchange it for another item,
or
Receive full store credit with no deductions.

After the item arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund, credit, or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.
For defective items, PlayShop covers the full cost of return shipping.
