At PlayShop, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, which is why we offer a flexible return policy, in compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been opened, used, or damaged in any way, and the outer packaging is intact.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If the product you purchased is not suitable, you can exchange it for another product or receive store credit or a gift card for use on the website, with no additional cost or fees.
The exchange or credit will be issued for the full amount paid for the product.

Refund

If you choose a refund, it will be provided with a 5% deduction plus credit card fees (if the order was paid by credit card).
A store credit will be issued for the full amount with no deductions.
